Library Book Group’s April meeting

April 28, 2025 By Camas Library Staff

Our theme for April was Westerns, and the books we read and discussed were:

The Bill Gastner Mysteries by Steven Havill

Cimarron by Edna Ferber

The Longmire Defense by Craig Johnson

Born of Gilded Mountains by Amanda Dykes

The Four Winds by Kristin Hannah

The Solace of Open Spaces by Gretel Ehrlich

Wicked, Wicked West by Lily Harper Hart

American Hippo by Sarah Gailey

As is probably clear by the variety of the titles we chose, we like to play fast and loose with our themes! Next month we will be meeting on May 19, and our theme is Family. Choose anything you like that is related (see what I did there?) to the theme of Family, and join us at 6pm in the Library’s meeting room for lively discussion and snacks!
